Tropical Mermaid Breezer Mocktail Recipe – Paradise Poured

The tropical mermaid breezer is a colourful alcohol-free mocktail with pineapple, orange, lime and a blue citrus syrup. It is refreshing, fruity and easy to make for parties.

Ingredients

• Pineapple juice and orange juice
• Lime juice and chilled lemonade
• Blue curaçao-style syrup, ice and fruit garnish

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice and add pineapple, orange and lime juices.
2. Top with lemonade and stir once.
3. Pour blue syrup slowly down the side for a layered effect.
4. Garnish with citrus or pineapple.

Use a clear glass for the colour. Add the syrup last and serve immediately while the drink is fizzy.
