How to Make Methi Matar Malai

1: Prepare the Base Paste

First, heat 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Then add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and soaked cashew nuts.

Next, sauté the mixture until the onions become soft and translucent. Meanwhile, the cashews begin to soften and release their creamy texture.
