Ingredients

Momo Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Water as required
  • 1 tsp oil optional

  • 1 cup paneer crumbled
  • 1 cup scallions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce optional
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp coriander optional

Soupy Broth (Optional)

  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • Black pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Scallions
  • Salt

  • 1 – Prepare Dough for Scallion Paneer Momos Recipe
  • First, mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  • Then, add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough.
  • After that, cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • As a result, rolling becomes much easier.
